Which drone should I choose?
Start with the product page for each model and the kind of practice you want to do. Check the listed dimensions, controls and package contents rather than assuming that all drones have the same features. Browse all drones or ask us if a specification is unclear.
What comes with E88 MAX and K5?
Each model includes one battery, one charging cable, one storage bag and an instruction manual. Refer to the individual product page for the complete package contents. The language of the printed manual may vary; contact us before ordering if you need to confirm it.
Is a drone suitable for children?
These products are not suitable for unsupervised use by young children. Follow the age label, the manufacturer's instructions and local pilot-age requirements. A family activity should be planned and supervised by a responsible adult.
Can I fly anywhere?
No. The location, aircraft and type of operation matter. Check the relevant aviation authority and geographical restrictions before each flight. Start with our drone rules guide; it is an introduction, not permission to fly.
How do I prepare for my first flight?
Read your model's manual, inspect the equipment and choose a suitable permitted location. Our first-flight guide and battery-care guide help you prepare without replacing the manufacturer's instructions.
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
See our shipping policy and the options shown at checkout for your address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If you need an order by a specific day, contact us before purchasing.
How can I request a return?
Read the returns and refunds policy, then contact us with your order number. Do not send a parcel to the registered business address or return a damaged battery without instructions. This FAQ does not limit your statutory rights.
What if something is missing or damaged?
Contact support@djirone.com with your order number, a description and clear photos. Do not use damaged equipment. Our contact page is also available if you need help.
